Hong Kong Shells
From a quarterly scientific journal The Hong Kong Naturalist which was published during the 1930s. These beautiful illustrations of the molluscan shells of Hong Kong have a naturally expressive artistic quality as well as being factually accurate representations of the shells . Many of the specimens can still be found in Hong Kong today, though they may be a little more difficult to locate and be fewer in number.
Screen printed to highlight the fine detailing of the illustrations on a light cream coloured artist quality textured paper.
